Wir suchen ab sofort für einen unserer Partnerbetriebe in 8262 Ilz Mitarbeiter*in im Bereich Office in der Auftragsbearbeitung 1 Mitarbeiter*in Bereich Office/Auftragssachbearbeitung in 8262 Ilz

Wen suchen wir?

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung von Vorteil

- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Office/Auftragssachbearbeitung erforderlich

- Führerschein & eigener PKW zum erreichen des Arbeitsortes

- ausreichende Deutschkenntnisse (Wort und Schrift)

- gute EDV-Kenntnisse

- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

- Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamgeist

Was erwarten wir?

- Erfassung, Bearbeitung und Betreuung von Kundenaufträgen

- Bearbeitung von Retouren und Reklamationen

- Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten

- Enger Austausch mit den Bereichen Logistik, Produktion, QM und Buchhaltung

- Kundenstammdaten Aktualisierung & Pflege

Das erwartet Dich bei uns!

Der Verdienst für diese Stelle beträgt 2463,03 € brutto pro Monat. Überbezahlung je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.
