Wen suchen wir?

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung bzw. Prüfung in der Personalverrechnung, beispielsweise WIFI oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Personalverrechnung sowie gute Kenntnisse im österreichischen Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht sowie im abrechnungsrelevanten Arbeitsrecht

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit SAP HR / SAP HCM von Vorteil

* Genaue, zuverlässige und diskrete Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis

* Erfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen von Vorteil

Was erwarten wir?

* Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der monatlichen Lohnverrechnung für Arbeiter*innen und Lehrlinge sowie Mitarbeit bei der Gehaltsabrechnung der Angestellten

* Abwicklung des Meldewesens und Sicherstellung der abrechnungsrelevanten Schnittstelle zur Finanzbuchhaltung

* Ansprechperson für Mitarbeiter*innen, Führungskräfte sowie Ämter und Behörden bei Fragen rund um die Personalverrechnung

* Mitarbeit in der Zeitwirtschaft (Kontrolle und Korrektur) sowie Unterstützung der zuständigen Zeitbeauftragten im Werk

* Laufende Personaladministration einschließlich Lehrlinge und Ferialpraktikant*innen

* Erstellung von Auswertungen und Berichten sowie Mitarbeit bei bilanzrelevanten Rückstellungen im Rahmen des Jahresabschlusses

* Das Bruttojahresgehalt beträgt für diese Funktion mindestens EUR 50 000,00. Überzahlungen sind je nach Qualifikation und Einsatz möglich.
