  • Zorgen voor een zinvolle dagbesteding van meerdere zorgbehoevende personen in CADO Moerbeke (=kleinschalige opvang voor mensen met een zorgbehoefte) in combinatie met gezinszorg aan huis.
  • Activiteiten aanbieden en begeleiden en hier zelf initiatief in nemen.
  • Oog hebben voor noden en wensen van cliënten en hun mantelzorgers.
  • Persoonsverzorging: (helpen bij) wassen en aankleden indien nodig, hulp bij eten of toedienen van de maaltijd, begeleiding bij toiletgang,…
  • Stimuleren van zelfredzaamheid bij de cliënt.
  • Aandacht hebben voor het groepsproces tijdens de hulpverlening.
  • Aandacht voor het kwaliteitsproces tijdens de hulpverlening.
  • Praktische huishoudelijke hulp, onderhoud van de leefruimten.
  • Af en toe spring je bij in de gewone gezinszorg.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma Polyvalent verzorgende of zorgkundige.
  • Je bent klantgericht, discreet en tolerant.
  • Je bent creatief en flexibel en kan goed in een klein team werken.
  • Je neem graag initiatief.
  • Je beschikt over een hoog verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en je bent betrouwbaar.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal.
  • Samenwerken met mantelzorgers en andere betrokken hulpverleners is geen probleem.
  • Je beschikt over een auto.
