In deze job maak je de werkplanning op voor poetshulpen en verzorgenden in de thuiszorg. Als onderdeel van het team, samen met de teamcoach en administratief ondersteuner, zorg je ervoor dat onze klanten altijd de gepaste zorg krijgen.Wat ga je doen?

  • Je plant de zorg voor onze klanten nauwgezet en bent mee verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig doorgeven van de planning aan onze verzorgenden en poetshulpen. Dankzij de planningstool stem je vraag en aanbod makkelijker op elkaar af. Annulaties door de klant en ziekte of verlof van de medewerkers horen erbij, maar dankzij die tool en jouw creatieve geest vul je die uurroosters toch keer op keer goed in.
  • Je werkt in de ruime zorgregio om afwezigheden van collega’s of periodes van verhoogde werkdruk van collega planners op te vangen. Dit vereist slechts occasioneel jouw fysieke aanwezigheid. Je plant dus voor vele regio’s, maar hoofdzakelijk vanuit de jouw gekozen vaste werkplek.
  • Je onderhoudt nauwe contacten via telefoon of mail met zowel de klant, de medewerker als andere collega’s zodat alle betrokken partijen steeds op de hoogte zijn van de gemaakte afspraken of bij wijzigingen.
  • Voor de poetshulpen en verzorgenden sta je ook in voor de goedkeuring van verlofaanvragen en het bevestigen van prestaties zodat de personeelsdienst de lonen correct kan uitbetalen.
  • Vereist: Bachelor- of masterdiploma dat in aanmerking komt als kwalificatiebewijs voor begeleidend personeel van de diensten voor gezinszorg. Niet zeker of jouw diploma in aanmerking komt? Bekijk de lijst hier
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en behoudt steeds het overzicht.
  • Een eerste ervaring met het opmaken van personeelsplanning is een pluspunt.
  • Klantgericht telefonisch communiceren is voor jou een plezier.
  • Je bent assertief en kan opkomen voor je mening, mét openheid en respect voor de beleving van anderen.
  • Je drukt je heel vlot uit in het Nederlands, maar kan je evengoed behelpen in het Frans en Engels.
  • MS Office is voor jou parate kennis, het aanleren van nieuwe softwareprogramma’s gaat je goed af.
