The posting

Suas principais responsabilidades serão:

  • Executar manutenções preventivas, corretivas e preditivas em equipamentos e máquinas pesadas, realizando diagnósticos técnicos, ajustes de sistemas e substituição de componentes, visando garantir a segurança operacional e a máxima disponibilidade da frota para locação.
  • Realizar diagnósticos de falhas mecânicas, hidráulicas, elétricas e pneumáticas, interpretar diagramas técnicos, realizar testes de carga e pressão, e orientar tecnicamente os auxiliares e meio oficiais durante as intervenções em campo ou na oficina.

Suas principais atividades serão:

  • Identificar falhas nos sistemas hidráulicos, elétricos, mecânicos e pneumáticos dos equipamentos.
  • Realizar a medição de pressões, ajuste de válvulas e revisão de bombas, cilíndros e motores hidráulicos.
  • Executar regulagens, substituição de bicos injetores, turbinas e bombas d'água, além de realizar a sangria de sistemas de combustível.
  • Avaliar o estado de conservação dos equipamentos, garantindo que atendam às normas de segurança.
  • Consultar manuais de serviço e catálogos de peças e esquemas do fabricante para identificar códigos de erro e procedimentos específicos de montagem.
  • Elaborar relatórios de manutenção, descrevendo detalhadamente a intervenção realizada, as peças trocadas, as causas das falhas e as recomendações de uso.
  • Realizar testes de funcionamento pós-manutenção, verificando a eficácia do serviço.

O que você precisa ter:

  • Ensino técnico completo em mecânica, eletromecânica ou mecatrônica.
  • Conhecimento em manutenção de caminhões (Volvo, DAF, Ford, Mercedes-Benz).
  • CFT (Conselho Federal dos Técnicos) ativo.
