Service Coordinator

As a Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating dealership service activities, ensuring detailing services are completed efficiently, and supporting service personnel in delivering exceptional results.

What you'll accomplish with us

As a Service Coordinator, you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and provide prompt, professional support to dealerships and service personnel.
  • Schedule services and create work orders to ensure dealership needs are met effectively and on time.
  • Deliver a premier dealership service experience both in person and over the phone.
  • Monitor dealership service activities and ensure services are completed according to requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper handling and storage of required documentation.
  • Act as the liaison between dealerships and service personnel, communicating special requests and service needs.
  • Support business growth by identifying potential sales opportunities and new leads.
