Job Description

As the Assistant Manager - Finance, you will be a key member of our finance team, reporting directly to the Finance Manager. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data, as well as providing analytical support to inform decision-making. You will also be responsible for various financial tasks, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data through thorough review and verification.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their financial needs and provide guidance.
  • Maintain and update financial records and databases, ensuring data security and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze financial trends and market conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Support the Finance Manager in special projects and ad-hoc financial analyses as required.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Liaise with external auditors and provide necessary financial information for audits.

Qualifications

  • CA Freshers
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and interpretation of financial statements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately with large datasets.
  • Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and financial modeling software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
  • Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and best practices in finance.
