Job Description

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited in the BFSI sector. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints, offering effective solutions and maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering a sense of trust and loyalty.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient customer service process.
  • Document and report customer feedback and suggestions, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular customer outreach and engagement activities to maintain customer connections.
  • Identify and address customer needs, offering personalized solutions and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of customer service strategies.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the BFSI industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle customer issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry practices.
  • A positive and professional attitude, representing the company's values.
