Job Description

As a Digital Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our digital initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate cutting-edge technologies. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our digital strategy, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop digital solutions, including web and mobile applications, to meet business requirements and enhance user experiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Implement and maintain digital platforms, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of our digital products.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital trends, technologies, and best practices, and propose innovative solutions to drive our digital transformation.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the AI team to integrate artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities into our digital offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining the highest level of data security and privacy.
  • Document and maintain comprehensive records of digital projects, including code repositories and technical documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital engineering or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript, and experience with web development frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, including agile methodologies.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize digital systems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a passion for staying updated with emerging digital technologies.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and best practices in the digital space.
