Job Description

The MIS Executive will be responsible for consolidating, analyzing, and presenting operational data to enable informed decision‑making within the CLM Domestic BFSI back‑office. You will collaborate closely with Customer Care Executives, ensuring data accuracy, timely reporting, and actionable insights that enhance service quality and compliance. This role demands strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication across cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources for daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards using PowerBI or Tableau for key performance indicators.
  • Generate ad‑hoc analytical reports to support business initiatives and senior management queries.
  • Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with the CCE and operations teams.
  • Track and report on service level agreements (SLAs) and operational metrics for the back‑office.
  • Provide timely information to customers and internal stakeholders regarding product and service performance.
  • Identify trends, root causes, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with BFSI regulatory requirements in all reporting activities.
  • Assist in training and supporting CCEs on data entry standards and reporting tools.
  • Maintain documentation of reporting processes, data definitions, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis within BFSI or back‑office environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and SQL for data extraction.
  • Hands‑on experience with BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or QlikView.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with CCEs and customers.
  • Knowledge of BFSI processes, compliance standards, and back‑office operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems used by Customer Care teams is a plus.
  • Team‑player attitude with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
