Job Description

As an MIS Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our data systems. Your primary focus will be on generating comprehensive reports and providing valuable insights to support business decision-making. You will work closely with various teams to understand their data needs and deliver accurate, timely reports.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain data systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Generate reports and provide data-driven insights to support business strategies.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand their data requirements and deliver tailored reports.
  • Perform data analysis and interpret results to identify trends and patterns.
  • Develop and implement data-related processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across various systems and platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data-related issues.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data management and analysis.
  • Document and communicate data-related findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data management or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and database management systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
