Job Description

The Sales Co‑ordinator will act as the central hub for sales and customer care operations within the CLM Domestic BFSI back‑office team. You will collaborate with sales, finance, and customer care executives to streamline order processing, resolve client inquiries, and maintain accurate records. This role ensures high‑quality service delivery, supports revenue growth, and upholds Digitide Solutions' commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end sales order processing and documentation.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with the Customer Care Executive team to provide timely information on products and services.
  • Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Liaise with finance and operations to ensure accurate invoicing and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor compliance with BFSI regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities to senior management.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and setting up their accounts.
  • Support the back‑office team in handling high‑volume transaction volumes during peak periods.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, back‑office, or customer care within BFSI.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
  • Customer‑focused mindset with a track record of maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of BFSI regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
