Job Description

Technical Skills

  1. Expertise in SAP Business Data Cloud including data modeling, data flows, semantic modeling, replication/federation, and integration with SAP & non-SAP sources.
  2. Strong SAC skills covering dashboarding, data modeling, planning models, data actions, and live data connectivity.
  3. Ability to design end-to-end data & analytics architecture linking BDC (data foundation) and SAC (consumption layer) with strong performance optimization.
  4. Hands-on proficiency in governance & security including roles, authorizations, lineage, metadata, and reusable data product creation.
  5. Advanced troubleshooting and optimization skills across data pipelines, models, SAC stories, and cross-system integration.
  6. Databricks working knowledge of Databricks and data lake is added advantage

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Lead End-to-End Data & Analytics Architecture Drive solution design across SAP Business Data Cloud and SAP Analytics Cloud, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance data and analytics platforms. 2. Own Data Modeling & Integration Strategy Build and optimize data models, pipelines, and semantic layers within Business Data Cloud, integrating SAP and non-SAP sources for consumption in SAC. 3. Deliver Advanced Analytics & Dashboards Architect and oversee SAC dashboards, planning models, predictive scenarios, and real-time insights aligned with business KPIs and user needs. 4. Governance, Standards & Best Practices Establish development standards, data governance processes, and quality frameworks across BDC and SAC, guiding teams on modeling, security, and performance optimization. 5. Technical Leadership & Stakeholder Management Lead development teams, collaborate with functional and business stakeholders, manage technical risks, and ensure successful delivery across data, BI, and planning workstreams
