  • Facilitate scoping and kick-off meetings with internal stakeholders and project team members.
  • Coordinate access to project systems and support materials, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint libraries, development templates, and project plans.
  • Identify, contract, and coordinate consultants and subject matter experts to support development of learning module content.
  • Manage project budgets, payment cycles, procurement activity, invoicing, purchase order coordination, and reporting for assigned products.
  • Maintain project communication and stakeholder updates across internal teams, external partners, vendors, and consultants.

  • Excellent command of the English language, with well-developed communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and foster productive, collaborative working relationships across all levels of an organization.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
