Assistente Comercial (m/f) — Grupo de Farmácias | Vila Franca de Xira

A IBC está a recrutar para um Grupo de Farmácias, num projeto em fase de expansão.

O desafio

Vai apresentar os serviços de saúde do nosso cliente a empresas, lares, residências sénior e outras instituições. Entre eles estão a Preparação Individualizada da Medicação (PIM), os rastreios de saúde, as campanhas de vacinação e as ações de saúde e bem-estar no local de trabalho. Em cada caso, o objetivo é o mesmo: perceber as necessidades da organização e propor as soluções que façam a diferença no dia a dia das pessoas que dela fazem parte.

O que vai fazer

  • Identificar e contactar empresas e instituições com potencial interesse nos serviços do cliente.
  • Reunir presencialmente com as direções de empresas e instituições e apresentar as soluções mais adequadas a cada caso, dos serviços de saúde para colaboradores ao apoio farmacêutico a lares.
  • Acompanhar os clientes atuais e garantir a qualidade da relação ao longo do tempo.
  • Colaborar na preparação de propostas comerciais e materiais de apoio à venda.
  • Registar e acompanhar a atividade comercial, com objetivos claros e definidos em conjunto.

O que vai aprender

  • Como funciona o setor farmacêutico e a prestação de serviços de saúde a empresas e instituições.
  • Técnicas de venda consultiva e de gestão de clientes empresariais e institucionais, com acompanhamento próximo.
  • A construir e gerir a sua própria carteira de clientes.

O perfil que procuramos

  • Formação superior em Gestão, Marketing ou áreas afins (preferencial).
  • Primeira experiência comercial ou em atendimento ao cliente (até 2 anos).
  • Gosto por falar com pessoas e por construir relações de confiança.
  • Organização e vontade de aprender.
  • Motivação para trabalhar por objetivos.
  • Carta de condução.
