¿Qué vas a hacer?

Serás responsable de decidir qué cambios se realizan en los Sistemas dentro de tu ámbito de actuación, con qué tecnología y en qué tiempos, garantizando la funcionalidad requerida, la calidad del servicio y la óptima atención.

Funciones y Responsabilidades:

  • Liderar proyectos e iniciativas de mejora para asegurar la excelencia y eficiencia operativa, creando la planificación y asegurando su cumplimiento.
  • Liderar los proyectos de cambio e implantación de soluciones dentro de los diferentes negocios.
  • Coordinación de equipos multidisciplinares, influyendo en los mismos sobre la forma de implantarlos.

¿Qué estamos buscando?

Titulación:

  • Ingeniería Superior. Preferentemente con Máster en sistemas

Experiencia:

  • Experiencia en modelado, gestión y coordinación BIM: 3 años.
  • Desarrollo de programación en herramientas de autoría y auditoría: 3años.
  • Experiencia en gestión de equipos de trabajo Agiles

Conocimientos Técnicos:

  • Conocimiento detallado de la metodología BIM
  • Conocimientos en la ISO 19650, relacionada con la gestión de la información a lo largo de todo el ciclo de vida de un activo construido utilizando el modelado de información para la edificación.
  • Conocimiento funcional de la interoperabilidad entre sistemas, flujos de información y gobierno del dato en entornos BIM e ingeniería
  • Conocimiento amplio sobre modelado en BIM y dominio de herramientas de autoría y auditoría del mercado: Revit, Civil 3D, Autodesk Construction Cloud, herramientas 4D, etc.
  • Conocimiento avanzado en el uso y configuración de entornos CDE, incluyendo estructuras documentales, metadatos y control de accesos.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en arquitectura de sistemas BIM y de datos, con capacidad para diseñar, mantener e integrar soluciones entre plataformas como Revit, Civil 3D, ProjectWise, iTwin y sistemas corporativos.
  • Conocimientos en el uso de IA y automatización aplicada a entornos BIM, orientados al análisis de datos, mejora de la calidad de la información y apoyo a procesos técnicos.
  • Conocimientos en GIS para explotación, transformación y sincronización de datos geoespaciales con modelos BIM.

Conocimientos Valorables

  • Conocimientos de ProjectWise e iTwin (nivel usuario y administrador).
  • Experiencia en el uso de herramientas de render y visualización.
  • Conocimientos en desarrollo de automatismos y programación en Phyton, Dynamo (Revit-Civil3D), scripts GIS y uso de APIs.
  • Dominio en bases de datos y analítica del dato.
