Sua energia será muito importante para:

Prestar suporte executivo e administrativo à Diretoria, assegurando a organização e o gerenciamento eficiente da agenda, o atendimento de demandas internas e externas e a resolução de ocorrências. Atuar como facilitador dos processos administrativos, garantindo o cumprimento dos compromissos, a fluidez das atividades e a excelência no atendimento aos stakeholders.

Atividades:

  • Gerenciar e manter a agenda executiva atualizada, priorizando compromissos estratégicos e demandas urgentes;
  • Assegurar a continuidade das atividades administrativas na ausência da liderança imediata, analisando demandas e conduzindo soluções conforme diretrizes e procedimentos estabelecidos;
  • Coordenar a logística de viagens corporativas, incluindo planejamento de roteiros, reservas de passagens, hospedagem e transporte, garantindo conformidade com as políticas internas e a disponibilidade dos recursos necessários;
  • Prestar atendimento a clientes internos e externos, direcionando solicitações e acompanhando sua resolução de forma ágil e eficiente;
  • Planejar e apoiar reuniões e eventos corporativos, organizando logística, materiais, documentação e registros, assegurando a efetividade dos encontros;
  • Controlar despesas da área, realizando lançamentos de faturas e acompanhando os gastos em conformidade com o orçamento disponível;
  • Monitorar e realizar follow-up das demandas junto à liderança, garantindo o andamento, acompanhamento e conclusão das ações dentro dos prazos estabelecidos.

Para fazer parte do nosso time, você precisa ter:

  • Ensino Superior completo;
  • Espanhol avançado;
  • Inglês avançado (desejável);
  • Domínio do Pacote Office;
  • Conhecimento em SAP.
