Für unseren Standort in Wörgl suchen wir 1 AQUA-Berater*in / Unternehmenskoordinator*in Kurze Fakten für dich:

Arbeitsort: Wörgl

KV-Bruttogehalt: von EUR 3285.06 bis 3453.01 (Vollzeitbasis)

Wochenstunden: 15-20

Deine Philosophie:

Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

* Beratung und Begleitung von Teilnehmer*innen während des gesamten Qualifizierungsprozesses

* Durchführung von Erstgesprächen, Bewerber*innen-Screenings und Informationsveranstaltungen

* Erstellung und Begleitung von Bildungs- und Qualifizierungsplänen

Unterstützung bei persönlichen und beruflichen Herausforderungen

* Aktive Akquise neuer Ausbildungs- und Kooperationsbetriebe

* Aufbau und Pflege eines Unternehmensnetzwerks in Tirol

* Identifikation passender Ausbildungs- und Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten

* Entwicklung individueller Matching-Lösungen zwischen Teilnehmer*innen und Unternehmen

* Beratung von Betrieben zu AQUA-Ausbildungen und Fördermöglichkeiten

Zusammenarbeit mit dem AMS, der WKO, Bildungseinrichtungen und weiteren Netzwerkpartnern

* Dokumentation, Berichtswesen und Projektadministration

* Teilnahme an Netzwerkveranstaltungen, Informationsveranstaltungen und Betriebsbesuchen

Du bist:

* erfahren in Beratung, Betreuung, Personalwesen, Vertrieb, Recruiting oder Bildung

* kontaktfreudig und hast Freude daran, Unternehmenskontakte und Netzwerke aufzubauen

* kommunikationsstark und trittst gegenüber Unternehmen und Fördergebern sicher auf

* service- und lösungsorientiert

* gut darin, Menschen und betriebliche Anforderungen zusammenzubringen

* gewohnt, selbstständig, strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten

* sicher im Umgang mit MS Office

* bereit, innerhalb Tirols unterwegs zu sein
