Als größte private Bildungsgesellschaft im arbeitsmarktpolitischen Bereich in Österreich sind wir nicht nur erfolgreich in der Aus- und Weiterbildungsarbeit mit unseren KundInnen, wir bieten auch unseren etwa 650 MitarbeiterInnen und PartnerInnen optimale Entwick-lungsmöglichkeiten auf ihrem Karriereweg.

Für unseren Standort in 5400 Hallein, Löwensternstraße 18, suchen wir 1 Coach*Coachin

in Teilzeit (30 Wochenstunden).

Deine Philosophie:

Jeder Mensch kann sein Leben aktiv gestalten. Du begleitest gerne Menschen auf diesem Weg. Als proaktive, agile Persönlichkeit möchtest du deine Ideen auch umsetzen.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

* Du begleitest deine Teilnehmer*innen im Coaching, erarbeitest mit ihnen Ziele und unterstützt sie bei deren Umsetzung

* Du setzt Einzel- und Gruppencoachings- und Trainings, soziale Kompetenz-, sowie Gender- und Diversitytrainings um

* Im Zuge des Werkstatttrainigs arbeitest du ressourcenorientiert und selbstwertfördern mit den Jugendlichen

* Du entwickelst gerne auch mal neue Ideen und bringst sie im Team ein

* Du erstellst Berichte und Dokumentationen für relevante Stakeholder und arbeitest intensiv mit ihnen zusammen

* Du vernetzt dich gerne

Du bist:

* ausgebildet in den Bereichen Soziale Arbeit, Sozialmanagement oder Psychologie/Soziologie/Pädagogik

* im hohen Maße selbstorganisiert, belastbar, du verfügst über Teamgeist, Reflexionsfähigkeit und ein wertschätzender Umgang ist für dich selbstverständlich

* erfahren im Bildungs- und/oder Beratungsbereich

* ausgebildet im Case Management bzw. bereit zur Weiterbildung im Case Management

* verständnisvoll und hast Freude an der Arbeit mit ausgrenzungsgefährdeten Jugendlichen
