The posting

Job Purpose: We strongly believe in the enhancement of business performance through the identification, acquisition and development of Talents that can help us exceed our customer expectations while living our corporate values. We are looking for a passionate, confident, and professional Trainer for our L’Oreal Professionel segment to support and elevate our partner hair salons.  Key Responsibilities:

Deliver technical training sessions in salons and in classroom settings Provide hands-on support directly in salons to guide and assist teams Demonstrate and explain the proper use of L’Oréal Professionnel and Kérastase products Create or contribute to digital content such as technical stories and short videos Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop training plans Conduct follow-up visits to ensure proper application of techniques and protocols Contribute to the development and execution of the training calendar and education plan Support product launches, workshops, seminars, masterclasses and professional events Provide regular feedback and reporting on trainings, salon needs and opportunities Ensure all trainings are delivered in line with brand standards and protocols

  Job Requirements:

Diploma or certificate in hair dressing or equivalent Experience in hairdressing, technical training, or professional education Excellent understanding of L’Oréal Professionnel and Kérastase products Ability to train all levels: beginners, intermediate, and expert stylists Confident in performing “show & tell” demonstrations and technical digital content Strong communication skills and a good sense of pedagogy Ability to work directly with salon teams to support their development Team player with a high level of professionalism Valid driving licence to travel between salons
