As a Procure to Pay Process Delivery Specialist, you will manage and optimize daily transactions related to procurement, including requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, and accounting for services. You will utilize your expertise in supply management, vendor selection, purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, contract management, and accounts payable to ensure seamless and efficient procurement operations.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Manage Procurement Transactions: Oversee and execute daily procurement transactions, including requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, and accounting for services, to ensure timely and accurate processing.

• Optimize Procurement Processes: Analyze and solve complex problems, and develop and implement process initiatives to improve procurement operations and contribute to the organization's overall financial health and success.

• Maintain Supply Management Expertise: Apply knowledge of supply management, vendor selection, purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, contract management, and accounts payable to ensure compliance and best practices.

• Ensure Efficient Operations: Utilize understanding of related processes, such as global payments, e-commerce, order processing, and credits management, to maintain efficient and effective procurement operations.

• Implement Process Initiatives: Develop and implement process initiatives to improve procurement operations, leveraging expertise in procurement and supply management.

• Exposure to Procurement Operations: Experience working with procurement transactions, including requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, and accounting for services.

• Understanding of Supply Management: Exposure to supply management, vendor selection, purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, contract management, and accounts payable.

• Familiarity with Related Processes: Experience working with related processes, such as global payments, e-commerce, order processing, and credits management.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Exposure to analyzing and solving complex problems in a procurement or supply management context.

• Process Improvement: Experience working with process initiatives to improve procurement operations.

• Language skills: intermediate to advanced level in English

• Deep Understanding of E-commerce: Experience working with e-commerce platforms and processes, including order processing and credits management, to maintain efficient and effective procurement operations.

• Knowledge of Global Payments: Exposure to global payment processes and systems, including payment terms and currency exchange, to ensure seamless and efficient procurement transactions.

• Familiarity with Contract Management: Experience working with contract management principles and practices, including contract negotiation and administration, to ensure compliance and best practices.

Como Especialista en Implementación de Procesos de Procure to Pay, es responsable de gestionar y optimizar las transacciones diarias relacionadas con la adquisición, incluyendo la solicitud, compra, recepción y contabilización de servicios.

Las principales responsabilidades incluyen:

• Gestionar transacciones de adquisición: Supervisar y ejecutar las transacciones diarias de adquisición, incluyendo la solicitud, compra, recepción y contabilización de servicios, para garantizar un procesamiento oportuno y preciso.

• Optimizar procesos de adquisición: Analizar y resolver problemas complejos, así como desarrollar e implementar iniciativas de procesos para mejorar las operaciones de adquisición y contribuir a la salud financiera y el éxito general de la organización.

• Mantener conocimiento técnico en gestión de suministros: Aplicar el conocimiento en gestión de suministros, selección de proveedores, órdenes de compra, conciliación de facturas, gestión de contratos y cuentas por pagar para asegurar el cumplimiento y las mejores prácticas.

• Implementar iniciativas de procesos: Desarrollar e implementar iniciativas de procesos para mejorar las operaciones de adquisición, aprovechando la experiencia en adquisición y gestión de suministros.
