Como Student/Intern: Generalist, formarás parte de IBM mientras continúas con tus estudios universitarios. Esta posición está diseñada para estudiantes que desean adquirir experiencia profesional, desarrollar nuevas habilidades y conocer de cerca el funcionamiento de una organización global.

Tus principales responsabilidades incluirán:

  • Participar en proyectos con impacto: Colaborar en diferentes iniciativas y tareas, adquiriendo experiencia práctica y una comprensión más profunda de las operaciones y objetivos de IBM.
  • Aprender de profesionales expertos: Trabajar junto a profesionales experimentados, obteniendo conocimientos valiosos sobre sus funciones, responsabilidades y mejores prácticas.
  • Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios: Apoyar a distintos equipos en proyectos y actividades, fortaleciendo tus habilidades de comunicación, trabajo en equipo y resolución de problemas.
  • Estudiante universitario/a activo/a: Actualmente cursando una carrera de Ingeniería en Computación, Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Sistemas, Business Analytics, Ingeniería en Logística o carreras afines.
  • Conocimientos básicos de negocios: Familiaridad con conceptos generales de negocio y una fuerte disposición para aprender y ampliar conocimientos.
  • Habilidades de trabajo en equipo: Interés por colaborar en entornos diversos y desarrollar habilidades de comunicación y cooperación profesional.
  • Orientación al desarrollo profesional: Motivación por adquirir experiencia práctica, desarrollar competencias y crecer tanto a nivel personal como profesional.
  • Curiosidad por la innovación y las tendencias del mercado: Interés en explorar nuevas tecnologías, tendencias de la industria y aprender de profesionales con experiencia.
