As a Prompt & Context Engineering Intern at IBM, you will help shape how AI solutions are used within finance and accounting processes. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you will design, test, and improve prompts and contextual frameworks that enable AI systems to deliver accurate, relevant, and valuable responses. From day one, you will contribute to real AI initiatives, collaborate with finance, accounting, and technology teams, and gain hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI evaluation. Along the way, you will learn how AI can transform accounting workflows and support smarter business decisions. No previous work experience is required. We hire for curiosity, analytical thinking, and a willingness to learn. Program details: * Contract duration: 12 months * Working hours: Part-time, 24 hours/week * Start date: November 2026 * Monthly salary: 750 EUR (gross) * Number of positions is limited Candidates with the right to work within the EU will be given preference.   • Full-time university student in a technical, data, or business analytics-related field
  • Active intermediate level of Business English
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Interest in AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering
  • Curiosity, ownership, and willingness to learn in a fast-evolving environment
  • Understanding of finance and accounting concepts and processes
  • Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms
  • Exposure to Python, SQL, automation, or data analysis tools
  • Basic understanding of prompt engineering, machine learning, or natural language processing concepts
  • Experience creating documentation, knowledge bases, guidelines, or technical content
