  • Advise banking clients on industry trends, business challenges, and transformation opportunities
  • Assess current business processes, operating models, and technology landscapes to recommend improvements
  • Support strategy development for areas such as retail banking, corporate banking, payments, lending, compliance, and customer experience
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and align solutions with client objectives
  • Provide domain expertise during solution design, implementation, and change management initiatives
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and regulatory impact assessments
  • Develop client presentations, proposals, and strategic recommendations

Required Professional and Technical Expertise

  • Strong knowledge of banking products, services, regulations, and industry operating models
  • Understanding of core banking, digital channels, payments, lending, risk, and compliance frameworks
  • Experience in business analysis, consulting, process optimization, and stakeholder management
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical solution recommendations
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with banking technology platforms, digital transformation programs, and data-driven decision-making
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, or related field; Relevant certifications preferred

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise

  • 10+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or consulting
  • Proven experience in banking transformation, regulatory compliance, risk, operations, or digital banking initiatives
  • Prior experience working with banks or banking clients on business strategy, process improvement, or technology-led transformation

• Core Banking Systems Knowledge: Deep understanding of core banking systems, including back-office transformations, lending, settlements, and compliance, to drive business growth and competitiveness.

• Digital Banking Platforms: Experience with digital banking platforms, including internet banking, mobile banking, and branch transformation, to enhance customer engagement and streamline operations.

• Third-Party Integration Expertise: Ability to design and implement integrations with third-party services, such as Alipay, to drive business growth and competitiveness in the banking sector.
