The Preboarding Coordinator is an administrative role responsible for facilitating the completion of onboarding procedures for selected candidates. The Coordinator will work with the recruitment team members and third party vendors to ensure that all applicants have been processed accurately and expediently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistic and administration of recruitment process for our Client
- Maintenance and daily usage of Client recruitment tools and systems
- Train and mentor new Candidate Care team members
- Share knowledge and best practices
- Support implementation of new accounts
- Identify areas for improvements and initiate process improvement plans
- Prepare report templates, analyze data, create and conduct presentations
- Lead new projects and initiatives
- Operate as support for the supervisor and serve as backup supervisor when needed
- Prepare root cause analysis
- Prepare and recommend solution alternatives.
- Develop resolution to problems handle non-routine actions/problems.
- Provide advice to management
- Regularly demonstrate discretion and independent judgment in matters of significance of IBM.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management
- For Leadership track: Must enjoy working with others and have displayed leadership qualities. Must also be able to analyze data and create process efficiencies.
- For Analytical track: Must enjoy reporting, analyzing, and creating process efficiencies and have worked towards such goals.
- Must be able to work overtime as required
- 1+ years’ experience in recruitment administration (screening and sourcing, scheduling of interviews, onboarding, offers)
- At least 1+ years’ experience in candidate selection process
- At least 6 months experience in Human Resources and/or Staffing
- Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) experience is a plus
- At least 6 months’ experience in an office environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instrument to perform your job duties
- At least 6 months’ experience with computers including in-depth internet knowledge and working proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Familiarity with US geography, culture, government laws and employment requirements is a plus
