Process Analyst – Trade Finance (French)

• Processing Trade finance transactions that include bank documentary products, related to Import, Export, Guarantee without vetting & Utilization without document checking scope.

• Learning, Understanding and applying the training imparted on international trade finance guidelines (International Chamber of Commerce).

• First level processing of the transactions received from the bank Middle office. Following the process Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & ICC Guidelines for processing operations.

• Adhering to the standard operating procedures and to the predetermined control and compliance procedures.

• Ensuring highest level of Quality processing of the transactions & adhering to the turnaround time targets with good efficiency

• Support the team and team leader in inventory management & adhere to agreed priority management levels.

• Delivering to the client service level agreements.

• Fresh graduates with a bachelor’s degree are preferred.

• Good reasoning /logical skills and basic computer proficiency. ? Proficient in English Language (spoken & written).

• Foundation level knowledge on Accounting & Finance principles would be an advantage.

• For Bilingual resources – Proficiency in French Language (spoken & written) (Minimum Grade – A2).

• Foundation level knowledge of Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Self-directed and ambitious achiever.
