IBM Q2Cオペレーションズにおける営業支援および業務運用サポートを担当いただきます。

主な業務：

見積書・契約書・受発注関連データの作成、確認、登録

社内システムを利用した各種オペレーション処理

営業部門や関連部門との連携・問い合わせ対応

データ管理およびレポート作成

業務手順に沿った事務処理および品質確認

業務改善活動への参画

その他Q2C業務全般のサポート

As a Quote to Cash Professional: Transaction Management Specialist, this role involves possessing a wide variety of knowledge across the job function. This role requires a holistic working knowledge of the position and its context within the organization, acting as a connection point between different groups.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Functional Knowledge Application: Applying a wide variety of knowledge across the job role to support daily operations.

• Group Collaboration: Acting as a connection point between different groups to facilitate communication and workflow.

• Role Context Understanding: Understanding the functional elements of the job role and its context within the organization to perform tasks effectively.

• Functional Knowledge Application: Exposure to a wide variety of knowledge across the job role to support daily operations. This includes understanding the different aspects of the Quote to Cash process and how they interact with each other.

• Group Collaboration: Experience working with different groups to facilitate communication and workflow, acting as a connection point between them.

• Role Context Understanding: Exposure to the functional elements of the job role and its context within the organization to perform tasks effectively.

• Transaction Management: Experience working with transaction management processes to support the Quote to Cash cycle.

• Operational Support: Ability to execute daily operations and maintain consistency in performance, supporting the team with operational tasks.
