Als Senior AI Engineer (f/m/x) bist du das technische Herzstück von AI‑Transformationen – die Brücke zwischen strategischer Enterprise Architektur und professioneller Softwareentwicklung. Du agierst als Berater, der starke Machine Learning‑Grundlagen mit solidem Engineering und modernen agentischen Frameworks verbindet, um geschäftskritische AI‑Ökosysteme in hybriden Cloud‑Umgebungen zu entwickeln.

Deine Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Architektur von End‑to‑End AI‑Systemen inkl. Datenaufnahme, Orchestrierung und belastbarer ML‑Methodik
  • Integration von AI‑Lösungen in hybride Cloud‑Umgebungen unter Berücksichtigung von Security und Compliance
  • Entwicklung agentischer Workflows und moderner RAG‑Konzepte für kontrollierbare autonome Systeme
  • Aufbau und Betrieb kompletter MLOps‑Lebenszyklen inkl. Monitoring, Drift‑Erkennung und technischen Guardrails
  • Etablierung wiederverwendbarer Engineering‑Standards, Frameworks und Clean‑Code‑konformer Bibliotheken
  • Definition und Umsetzung von Responsible‑AI‑ und Governance‑Vorgaben einschließlich Auditierbarkeit

Wir bieten dir neben spannenden Projekten flexible Arbeitszeiten und ein modernes Arbeitsumfeld sowie die Möglichkeit zum Home Office. Außerdem erhältst du eine überkollektivvertragliche Entlohnung ab 77.000€ brutto/Jahr für 38,5 Stunden/Woche, mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung abhängig von deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung.   • Mindestens 7 Jahre AI/ML‑Erfahrung sowie mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Software Engineering mit Fokus auf Python und OOP
  • Sehr fundierte ML‑Kenntnisse inkl. Feature Engineering, Evaluationsmethoden, etc. sowie umfassende MLOps‑Praxis von CI/CD über Registries bis zu Monitoring und Drift‑Erkennung
  • Erfahrung mit watsonx oder Azure/AWS/GCP und sehr gute Kenntnisse im Design sicherer Hybrid Cloud‑Lösungen
  • Praxis im Umgang mit (Agentic) AI-Frameworks (z.B. LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI), Orchestrierungsplattformen, fortgeschrittenen RAG‑Konzepten und mit Vektordatenbanken
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift und Microservices
  • Hervorragende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
