At Technology Lifecycle Services (TLS), we help organizations keep their critical IT infrastructure running and evolving. Our Skills Development team plays a key role in enabling TLS professionals around the world to build the technical, professional, and leadership skills needed to support our clients and drive business growth.

We are looking for motivated students who are passionate about learning, education, content creation, and project coordination. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in learning and development while contributing to global skills initiatives within IBM.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of learning content and training materials.
  • Support skills assessments and analyze skills data to identify development needs and learning priorities.
  • Coordinate and deliver virtual and instructor-led training sessions.
  • Create and edit learning videos, tutorials, and multimedia content. Manage and track learning projects, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
  • Support the implementation of AI-enabled learning solutions and content development processes.
  • Assist with reporting, dashboards, and metrics related to learning programs and skills development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, learning professionals, and global stakeholders.
  • Currently pursuing a university degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Design, Audiovisual Communication, Audiovisual Production, or a related field, with an expected graduation date of 2028 or later.
  • Hands-on or academic knowledge of graphic design, video editing, animation, and audiovisual post-production.
  • Familiarity with creative tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar solutions.
  • Experience or demonstrated interest in using AI tools for graphic design, image generation, video creation, animation, or content editing.
  • Interest in transforming ideas and information into videos, animations, visual assets, and engaging digital learning content.
  • Good English communication skills, as the role involves working with content and collaborating with global teams.
  • Strong visual judgment, attention to detail, and willingness to explore and learn new tools, with an interest in experimenting with new approaches to digital content creation.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Apoyar en el diseño, desarrollo y mantenimiento de contenidos de aprendizaje y materiales de capacitación.
  • Brindar soporte en evaluaciones de habilidades y analizar datos para identificar necesidades de desarrollo y prioridades de aprendizaje.
  • Coordinar e impartir sesiones de capacitación virtuales y dirigidas por instructores.
  • Crear y editar videos educativos, tutoriales y contenido multimedia.
  • Gestionar y realizar seguimiento de proyectos de aprendizaje, cronogramas, entregables y comunicaciones con las partes interesadas.
  • Apoyar la implementación de soluciones de aprendizaje basadas en Inteligencia Artificial (IA) y los procesos de desarrollo de contenido.
  • Colaborar en la elaboración de reportes, dashboards y métricas relacionadas con programas de aprendizaje e iniciativas de desarrollo de habilidades.
  • Colaborar con expertos en la materia y equipos de aprendizaje.
  • Estar cursando uma carrera universitaria en Diseño Gráfico, Animación, Diseño Multimedia, Comunicación Audiovisual, Producción Audiovisual o áreas relacionadas, con fecha prevista de graduación a partir de 2028.
  • Tener conocimientos prácticos o académicos en diseño gráfico, edición de video, animación, producción de contenido y postproducción de contenido audiovisual.
  • Tener familiaridad con herramientas de creación y edición como Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects o soluciones similares.
  • Saber utilizar o tener interés comprobable en herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial aplicadas al diseño, generación de imágenes, video, animación o edición de contenido.
  • Tener interés en transformar información y conceptos en videos, animaciones, piezas gráficas y contenidos digitales para experiencias de aprendizaje.
  • Contar con buen nivel de inglés, ya que el contenido y la colaboración con equipos internacionales forman parte del día a día de la posición.
  • Buscamos personas con criterio visual, atención al detalle y autonomía para aprender nuevas herramientas, con motivación para experimentar con nuevas formas de crear contenido digital.
