Wofür wir deine Unterstützung brauchen:

  • Fertigung komplexer High-Precision-Bauteile, Prototypen und Serien für High-Tech-Anwendungen in Luftfahrt und Verteidigung
  • Eigenständiges Einrichten und Optimieren modernster CNC-Dreh- und Fräszentren (Steuerungen: Mazatrol / Siemens G-Code)
  • Bearbeitung hochwertiger Werkstoffe (Aluminium und Stahl) und anspruchsvoller Geometrien im Bereich 200 - 1.200mm
  • Verantwortung für Prozessstabilität, Maßhaltigkeit und Oberflächenqualität auf höchstem Niveau
  • Selbständige Durchführung präziser Qualitätsprüfungen mit modernster Messtechnik (z. B. 3D-Koordinatenmessmaschinen)
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Optimierung unserer Fertigungsprozesse
  • Mitarbeit in einer digital vernetzten Fertigung mit transparenter Dokumentation von Fertigungskennzahlen

Was du mitbringst:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker, Feinwerkmechaniker, Industriemechaniker oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im präzisen CNC-Drehen und/oder Fräsen anspruchsvoller Bauteile
  • Routine im Einrichten komplexer Bearbeitungsprozesse sowie Werkzeugvermessung/-korrektur/-optimierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit hochpräziser Mess- und Prüftechnik
  • Fähigkeit, technische Zeichnungen und komplexe Bauteilgeometrien exakt umzusetzen
  • Hoher Anspruch an Qualität, Präzision und technische Exzellenz
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Früh-/Spätschicht
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
