  • Design and develop production desktop applications, including a central hub and inter-process communication with messaging-based APIs across application processes
  • Build and maintain an advanced AI agent/harness application, including MCP tools, resources, and prompts
  • Direct AI-assisted development and critically review generated code, tests, and documentation
  • Author requirements, technical design documents, and architecture decision records
  • Manage builds and non-production deployments independently
  • Create and maintain software tests ensuring functionality and quality
  • Identify optimization opportunities for applications
  • Follow company software development processes and standards

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science (graduate degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of JavaScript and functional programming experience, with the depth to design, evaluate, and correct production application code
  • Experience leading architectural and systems design for large-scale web applications and multi-process desktop systems
  • Full software development lifecycle ownership spanning requirements, design, development, test, and non-production deployment
  • Technical writing skills for requirements, design decisions, and architecture decision records
  • Ability to effectively direct and review output from AI-assisted development tools
  • Advanced experience with React and Redux
  • Strong proficiency with TypeScript
  • Experience designing and maintaining libraries or frameworks used by other development teams
  • Experience with desktop containers or multi-process application architectures
  • Advanced experience with modern CSS
  • Strong proficiency with HTML5 and contemporary front-end techniques

  • Server-side technologies such as Node.js
  • Strong understanding of browser quirks and cross-browser optimization

Preferred Skills

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
