  • Track defects, support triage, and verify fixes through resolution using ServiceNow Agile Development, Jira or similar tools
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to confirm acceptance criteria and expected outcomes
  • Support testing of workflow updates, access controls, reporting changes, data-related updates, and integrations
  • Document test plans, test cases, results, and lessons learned in Confluence or similar documentation tools
  • Support release readiness, test evidence collection, and UAT coordination
  • Verify configurations and updates align with security and compliance expectations

What You Must Have

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active Secret security clearance as required by federal contract
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineer, Information Technology or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in software testing, QA, or test engineering
  • 3+ years of experience testing ServiceNow applications or comparable enterprise workflow platforms

What We Would Like You To Have

  • Working knowledge of federal delivery security and compliance-sensitive delivery environments
  • Experience supporting ServiceNow enhancements, releases, or workflow changes in a federal environment
  • Familiarity with FedRAMP, security validation, or compliance-focused testing practices
  • Experience validating workflow dependencies, data updates, and role-based access behavior
  • Exposure to release management, smoke testing, and test evidence collection
  • Familiarity with Agile ceremonies and collaboration with analysts and developers

Professional Skills

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly communicative
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Comfortable working independently while coordinating closely with a delivery team

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
