· Every ticket has a named owner within one working day.

· Tickets closed within agreed timeframes, and only once complete.

· Weekly queue report shared with the HR & Benefits Manager and Payroll.

2. New Starters and Onboarding Prepare onboarding for every new NOAM employee and clinician: offer letter, signed role profile, new starter form, and HR set up passed to Payroll in good time, so nobody starts before HR and Payroll know about them.

· Payroll notified of every new starter before day one.

· Onboarding packs complete, with no missing documents.

· Benefits information given to every eligible hire on day one.

3. Right to Work: Form I-9 and E-Verify Prepare and check Form I-9 and run E-Verify for all workers, within the legal deadlines. Document examination is completed onshore or through an approved remote process. Track reverification dates and use shared team access, never personal logins.

· E-Verify run for every worker, with cases closed within deadlines.

· Reverification tracked with no lapses.

4. Employment Verifications and Background Checks Answer employment verification requests from lenders, landlords, and agencies, and track background checks and screening before placement, escalating any adverse result to the HR & Benefits Manager.

· Verification requests answered within agreed timeframes.

· Background checks complete before start dates.

· Adverse results escalated the same day.

5. Benefits Administration Process benefits enrolments, changes, terminations, open enrolment, and COBRA notices. Answer routine questions on cards and cover, working with brokers, carriers, and Payroll.

· Enrolments and terminations processed before the carrier deadline.

· COBRA notices issued within the legal timeframe.

· Payroll deductions match carrier records each month.

6. Workers' Compensation Log every workplace injury report, notify the carrier and broker within the required timeframe, and keep the claims log current. Collect records from clients and clinicians, track return to work, and keep claim and audit documents in one place.

· Claims log complete and current, with loss data available on request.

· Injured workers contacted promptly and kept informed.

7. State Audits and Agency Notices Keep evidence ready for state audits, such as Greenstaff HomeCare licensing audits. Log every agency notice, including unemployment claims, and pass it to the HR & Benefits Manager before its deadline.

· Audit evidence packs produced within agreed timeframes.

· Every agency notice logged with an owner and a deadline.

· No missed agency deadlines or penalties.

8. Employee Records and Leavers Keep NOAM employee files complete and up to date in the HR system. Run the leaver process, including final documents, benefits end dates, and return of company equipment, working with IT and Payroll.

· Employee files complete and ready for audit at any time.

· Leaver checklist completed for every exit.

· Company equipment recovered or escalated within agreed timeframes.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
