职位描述 1. 负责公司 AI 算力资源的统一管理，包括 GPU 服务器与云算力的运维调度、大模型服务的接入、权限与额度管理、用量监控与成本统计，保障研发和业务团队稳定使用 AI 能力； 2. 负责公司办公网络与内网安全管理、电脑及IT资产管理、办公系统与服务器运维、会议室音视频设备保障、日常IT支持及供应商管理； 3. 负责云服务资源（云服务器、存储、域名、证书等）及公司官网的日常维护与安全防护； 4. 负责员工入离职账号与权限管理、数据备份、终端安全及信息安全制度的落地执行，包括 API 密钥等敏感凭证的保管与轮换。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、网络工程等相关专业优先，持有 HCIA / CCNA 等认证优先。 2. 2年以上企业IT运维经验，熟悉网络设备配置、Windows / macOS 终端管理及主流办公平台后台管理，有初创公司IT体系从0到1搭建经验优先。 3. 熟悉 Linux 系统及主流云平台（阿里云、腾讯云、AWS 等），具备基础的网络与信息安全知识；有 GPU 服务器或算力集群运维经验，或有大模型 API 管理、算力成本管控经验者优先。 4. 责任心强、响应迅速，具备良好的服务意识与独立解决问题的能力。
