Você é movido por desafios na área de tecnologia, gosta de liderar a sustentação de ambientes críticos e garantir a eficiência operacional?Buscamos um Coordenador de Infraestrutura de TI estruturado e proativo para liderar e otimizar toda a nossa infraestrutura tecnológica, redes, sistemas corporativos (ERP, WMS, e-commerce) e segurança da informação.Nesta posição, você será peça-chave na gestão de fornecedores, contratos e ativos, além de planejar a evolução tecnológica e garantir a alta disponibilidade dos nossos sistemas. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAdministrar fornecedores, contratos, renovações, aditivos, níveis de serviço e custos de TIGerir a infraestrutura de TI, incluindo redes, servidores, equipamentos, sistemas, acessos e segurança da informação.Garantir a sustentação e disponibilidade dos sistemas corporativos, incluindo ERP, WMS e plataformas de integração e e-commerce.Planejar projetos, atualizações tecnológicas e melhorias de processos.Assegurar a continuidade operacional, a execução de backups e a recuperação de dados.Gerir orçamento, despesas, ativos tecnológicos e investimentos da área.Supervisionar o suporte técnico aos usuários e às unidades da empresa.Monitorar indicadores, incidentes e riscos, implementando ações corretivas.Identificar oportunidades de automação, otimização de recursos e redução de custos.Manter atualizados o inventário de ativos, a documentação técnica e os procedimentos de TI.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência mínima de 4 anos em TI, preferencialmente em liderança técnica e/ou gestão.Ensino superior em Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Redes ou áreas correlatas. Experiência em gestão de fornecedores, contratos, projetos e custos.Conhecimento em Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 e Google Workspace.Conhecimento em redes, telecomunicações, firewall, virtualização e backup.Experiência com sistemas ERP, WMS e plataformas de integração.Noções de computação em nuvem, Linux e segurança da informação.Habilidade em planejamento, negociação e gestão de prioridades.Informações adicionaisO que oferecemos: ⏰Horário flexível;🛍️40% de desconto nos produtos dos sites;🎓Parcerias com instituições de ensino;📗 Subsídio a cursos e capacitação; 🤑Bônus atrelada a metas corporativas e individuais;🏋️Gympass;🚗 Estacionamento*;👕No Dress Code.
