The posting

Fixed-term contract Role Banking/ Fintech experience is advantageous

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer enterprise storage, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Monitor backup jobs, troubleshoot failures, and perform data restoration and recovery testing.
  • Manage MECM/SCCM for OS deployment, software distribution, patch management, and application packaging.
  • Support Windows 10/11, endpoint configuration, and device lifecycle management.
  • Maintain VDI and thin client environments, including VMware Horizon and Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • Perform system upgrades, migrations, security patching, and performance optimization.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience.
  • Hands-on experience with MECM/SCCM, storage, backup, and recovery solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, patch management, and endpoint security.
  • Experience with Intune, Altiris, VMware Horizon, and Azure Virtual Desktop, Veeam, Dell EMC, NetApp is an advantage.
  • Lead and manage complex migration projects involving transitions from on-premises to cloud-based solutions, upgrade of operating systems and migration of applications and user data across varies devices.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of EUC environments.
