  • Coordinate logistics, budget tracking, and execution for any office buildouts, reconfigurations, or capital improvement projects within ICON Prime’s footprint.
  • Own cost side operational budget tracking for ICON Prime, partnering with Finance to develop annual overhead budgets, monitor monthly overhead actuals, and provide clear variance explanations to business unit leadership.
  • Proactively identify and execute cost reduction opportunities through vendor renegotiation, demand management, process standardization, and spend consolidation.
  • Develop and maintain cost dashboards and reporting tools that give ICON Prime leadership real-time visibility into operational expenditure across R&D and overhead cost centers.
  • Bring analytical rigor to all significant spending decisions; model cost scenarios, evaluate costs savings options, and present recommendations with clear financial rationale.
  • Own end-to-end procurement for all ICON Prime R&D needs, including laboratory supplies and consumables, research equipment, materials, software licenses, and third- party research and testing services.
  • Partner closely with R&D team leads and program managers to anticipate purchasing requirements, align procurement timelines to project schedules, and prevent supply gaps that impedes research progress.

  • Ensure all R&D procurement activity complies with ICON purchasing policies, approval authority thresholds, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously improve R&D procurement workflows to reduce cycle time, increase visibility, and maintain cost discipline as program scope and spend grow.
  • Manage all overhead purchasing for ICON Prime including any equipment and business unit-level vendor relationships not covered by centralized ICON service centers.
  • Coordinate with the broader ICON procurement organization to leverage enterprise contracts where applicable and avoid duplicative or off-contract spending.
  • Evaluate and onboard vendors in alignment with ICON’s vendor management standards; maintain accurate vendor records and contract documentation.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
