Iconique Co is looking for a reliable and responsible Machine Operator to assist with our daily production operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production processes and ensuring that products meet the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor machines according to production requirements and work instructions.
  • Set up machines and make basic adjustments when necessary.
  • Check finished products to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
  • Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines and equipment.
  • Identify and report machine faults, defects or production issues to the supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
  • Follow workplace safety procedures and company guidelines.
  • Assist with other production-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • No prior experience is required, as on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Able to follow instructions and work independently when required.
  • Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
  • Able to work well with others as part of a team.
  • Physically fit to handle the duties required for the role.
  • Willing to work overtime when required.
