Responsável por operar, monitorar e controlar os processos de fabricação de produtos químicos, assegurando que todas as etapas da produção, incluindo o envase e a identificação sejam realizadas com segurança, qualidade e conformidade técnica. Atua diretamente nas operações industriais, controle de variáveis, preparo de insumos e também na etiquetagem e identificação de produtos finais, contribuindo para a rastreabilidade e organização do processo produtivo.

  1. Operar equipamentos e conduzir processos de fabricação conforme instruções operacionais;
  2. Realizar a operação de equipamentos de produção, regulando e monitorando parâmetros técnicos (temperatura, pressão, dosagem, entre outros) para garantir a qualidade e segurança dos processos;
  3. Executar ajustes operacionais conforme necessário, assegurando que todos os processos estejam alinhados com as práticas produtivas e otimização de recursos
  4. Coletar amostras para análise e registrar dados da produção em sistemas apropriados;
  5. Realizar a etiquetagem de produtos acabados e aplicar etiquetas de rastreabilidade em embalagens e tambores, assegurando a correta identificação de acordo com lote, validade e requisitos legais;
  6. Apoiar atividades de envase, pesagem e fechamento de recipientes, garantindo a integridade e a conformidade do produto final;
  7. Documentar e comunicar desvios, falhas ou irregularidades, promovendo a transparência e a melhoria contínua;
  8. Identificar riscos e reportar situações que possam comprometer a segurança, a integridade física ou o meio ambiente;
  9. Reportar a necessidade de reparos e colaborar com a equipe de manutenção na resolução de problemas técnicos;
  10. Participar de reuniões de produção, fornecendo feedback sobre desempenho operacional e contribuindo para a integração entre equipes;
  11. Auxiliar no controle de inventário de materiais e insumos, otimizando recursos e colaborando com o setor de PCP para garantir o fluxo produtivo;
  12. Manter a organização e a limpeza da área produtiva, conforme normas de Boas Práticas de Fabricação (BPF);
  13. Utilizar corretamente os Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPI) adequados à função, reconhecendo sua importância para a prevenção de acidentes e exposição a riscos químicos, físicos ou mecânicos, conforme as normas internas de segurança e legislação vigente.
