Bindery / Production Associate Min 4 years of experience in bindery and print shop finishing Onsite only in the Irving, TX area Pay Rate: $18/hr - $20/hr

Do you enjoy working in a busy print shop, keeping production moving, and seeing projects through to the finish line? If you've got solid bindery and print finishing experience and enjoy working with your hands, we'd love to hear from you!

We're looking for an experienced Bindery / Production Associate to join a commercial printing company. This is a hands-on production role focused on the finishing, assembly, and packaging of printed materials. You'll work alongside the production team to make sure jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and ready for delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Collating, sorting, assembling, and organizing printed materials.
  • Coil binding booklets, manuals, presentations, and other printed pieces.
  • Assisting with general bindery and print finishing tasks.
  • Preparing completed print jobs for packaging, boxing, and distribution.
  • Checking finished materials for accuracy, quality, and completeness.
  • Supporting the production team with miscellaneous back-end print shop tasks.
  • Keeping work areas organized and helping maintain an efficient production workflow.
  • Working with the team to meet daily production schedules and deadlines

What We're Looking For

  • At least 4 years of experience in bindery, print shop finishing, or production in a commercial print shop.
  • Previous experience with collating, coil binding, assembling, and packaging printed materials.
  • Familiarity with bindery equipment, finishing processes, and general print production workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy with repetitive production tasks.
  • Ability to work efficiently, stay organized, and manage multiple production jobs.
  • Dependable, flexible, and willing to jump in wherever production support is needed.
  • Comfortable working on your feet and performing physical, hands-on production tasks throughout the day.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
