Garantir a conformidade contábil da empresa por meio da apuração, análise e conciliação das informações financeiras, assegurando a integridade dos dados e o cumprimento das normas contábeis e fiscais vigentes. Atuar de forma estratégica e analítica, apoiando a tomada de decisões com informações precisas, contribuindo para a escalabilidade e sustentabilidade do negócio, dentro de um ambiente regulatório e tecnológico em constante transformação.

Rotinas Contábeis

  • Classificação, conciliação e análise contábil de contas patrimoniais e de resultado, garantindo a integridade das informações.
  • Garantir o fechamento contábil mensal, dentro do prazo determinado.
  • Conferir a contabilização de provisões, ativos fixos, folha de pagamento e custos operacionais, assegurando alinhamento com as políticas da empresa.
  • Garantir que a contabilidade tenha todas as informações necessárias mensalmente para dirimir os erros.
  • Revisão de lançamentos contábeis.

2. Apuração Fiscal e Tributária

  • Conferir a apuração de impostos diretos e indiretos.

3. Controles Internos e Compliance

  • Ter noções do compliance contábil com foco nas normas do CPC (IFRS), BACEN, CVM ou demais órgãos reguladores, conforme aplicável à fintech.
  • Atualização constante sobre normas contábeis e mudanças na legislação, promovendo boas práticas e mitigando riscos.

4. Relacionamento Interdepartamental

  • Interface com áreas como fiscal, financeiro e auditoria, garantindo alinhamento contábil e regulatório.
  • Acompanhamento de auditorias internas e externas, fornecendo informações e documentações necessárias.

5. Análise Gerencial e Suporte à Gestão

  • Análise de variações contábeis e suporte à gestão com insights financeiros, auxiliando na tomada de decisão.

6. Inovação e Automação

Apoio na automatização de processos contábeis, com uso de sistemas ERP e ferramentas tecnológicas.
