Onze klant is een technisch georiënteerde organisatie met jarenlange ervaring in de constructie, het onderhoud en de opbouw van industriële installaties. Ze bieden een volledig dienstenpakket, van projectuitvoering tot technisch onderhoud, en opereren zowel in België als in Noord-Frankrijk. Met een sterke focus op maatwerk en technische expertise ondersteunen ze productiebedrijven in diverse sectoren.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor IT vragen en helpt gebruikers bij technische problemen.
  • Je registreert en volgt tickets op en biedt ondersteuning bij hardware, software, netwerken en randapparatuur.
  • Je beheert gebruikersaccounts, toegangsrechten, e-mail en Microsoft 365.
  • Je werkt mee aan IT-projecten, updates, beveiliging en het verbeteren van de IT-infrastructuur.
  • Je ondersteunt interne applicaties, zoals ERP-systemen, en helpt bij het beheer van telefonie en IT-materiaal.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma in IT
  • Je hebt ervaring met IT support en troubleshooting, met een goede kennis van Microsoft 365.
  • Je hebt interesse in cybersecurity en IT-beveiliging.
  • Basiskennis van ERP-systemen is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent communicatief, klantgericht en servicegericht ingesteld.
  • Je werkt proactief en oplossingsgericht en voelt je goed in een functie met een sterke focus op first line support.
