Je komt terecht bij een gevestigde familiale onderneming die gespecialiseerd is in industriële bouw en prefab beton. Ondanks haar omvang en internationale projecten behoudt de organisatie een collegiale sfeer, met korte beslissingslijnen en ruimte voor eigen initiatief. Digitalisering en innovatie krijgen steeds meer aandacht, waardoor je als IT Manager rechtstreeks kan bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het bedrijf.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je bewaakt de dagelijkse IT-werking en helpt collega’s bij technische vragen, storingen en problemen.
  • Je beheert en optimaliseert de bestaande IT-omgeving, waaronder Microsoft 365, SharePoint en het ERP-systeem.
  • Je onderzoekt hoe bestaande toepassingen beter kunnen aansluiten op de noden van de organisatie en denkt mee over nieuwe functionaliteiten.
  • Je neemt IT-projecten in handen, van de analyse en voorbereiding tot de implementatie en opvolging.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met externe IT-partners en softwareleveranciers en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken en projecten correct worden opgevolgd.
  • Je coördineert het beheer en de installatie van hardware, zoals computers, laptops, smartphones en printers.
  • Je houdt toegangsrechten, softwarelicenties en IT-documentatie up-to-date.
  • Je verkent nieuwe mogelijkheden op het vlak van AI, automatisering en digitalisering en bekijkt hoe die een meerwaarde kunnen bieden voor de organisatie.
  • Je hebt een IT-gerelateerde opleiding gevolgd of beschikt over gelijkwaardige praktische kennis en ervaring.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring in een brede IT-functie en voelt je comfortabel bij zowel operationele ondersteuning als projectwerk.
  • Je hebt kennis van IT-infrastructuur, ERP-systemen en Microsoft 365.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met digitale samenwerkingstools zoals SharePoint en hebt interesse in nieuwe technologische ontwikkelingen.
  • Je kan externe partners aansturen en weet verschillende projecten efficiënt te organiseren en op te volgen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega’s en leveranciers, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Frans.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, denkt kritisch na over mogelijke oplossingen en durft initiatief te nemen.
  • Je bent klantgericht en kan technische informatie begrijpelijk overbrengen aan gebruikers zonder IT-achtergrond.
