De IT-afdeling speelt een belangrijke rol in het ondersteunen en verbeteren van bedrijfsprocessen over verschillende landen en vestigingen heen.SAP vormt een essentieel onderdeel van de digitale bedrijfsvoering. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit IT en business en krijgt de kans om betrokken te zijn bij projecten met een internationale scope. De organisatie kenmerkt zich door een collegiale, no-nonsense aanpak waarin samenwerking, kennisdeling en initiatief worden aangemoedigd.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je analyseert financiële en controllingprocessen en vertaalt de behoeften van de business naar passende SAP FICO-oplossingen.
  • Je optimaliseert bestaande workflows en denkt mee over de verdere inrichting van SAP.
  • Je neemt deel aan internationale implementaties en roll-outs binnen verschillende vestigingen.
  • Je voert blueprint- en fit-gap analyses uit om bedrijfsnoden en SAP-functionaliteiten op elkaar af te stemmen.
  • Je staat in voor SAP-configuraties en de bijhorende functionele en technische documentatie.
  • Je test nieuwe ontwikkelingen en begeleidt de implementatie en ingebruikname van aangepaste functionaliteiten.
  • Je ondersteunt key users en andere business stakeholders tijdens acceptatietesten en bij het gebruik van SAP.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met interne IT-teams en collega's uit verschillende landen om projecten succesvol af te ronden.
  • Je draagt bij aan continue verbetertrajecten en innovatieve toepassingen, onder meer binnen SAP S/4HANA.
  • Je beschikt over een grondige kennis van SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling).
  • Je begrijpt financiële bedrijfsprocessen en weet deze te vertalen naar concrete SAP-oplossingen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met SAP-configuraties en functionele analyses.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en gaat gestructureerd en nauwkeurig te werk.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt proactief mee en zoekt naar oplossingen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en kunt verschillende stakeholders op een constructieve manier samenbrengen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar haalt ook energie uit samenwerking binnen een team.
  • Je hebt interesse in de werking van een internationale productieomgeving.
  • Je bent bereid om sporadisch naar andere Europese vestigingen te reizen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Engels. Kennis van het Nederlands of Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Basiskennis van debugging is mooi meegenomen.
