Blue Pimento is looking for a Business Analyst

Blue Pimento is looking for a Business Analyst to support the design and continuous improvement of processes and tools for both individual and professional customers in finance/insurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Analysis: Gather, analyze, prioritize and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, user stories and process flows.
  • Process Optimization: Assess existing processes, identify improvement opportunities and contribute to digital transformation initiatives, including partner portals, automation and self-service solutions.
  • Solution Design & Implementation: Work closely with business, IT, architecture, operations and compliance teams to design suitable solutions, support user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate change management.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Organize workshops and presentations, engage key stakeholders and ensure that transformation initiatives meet business objectives.
  • Agile Delivery: Actively contribute to team activities, backlog management and Agile ceremonies, promoting Agile values and principles.

YOUR PROFILE

· Proven experience as a Business Analyst (+ 5 years).

· Bachelor in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field

· Familiarity with Agile methodologies, backlog management tools and team ceremonies.

· Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to understand diverse stakeholder needs while maintaining a global perspective.

· Ability to engage stakeholders, influence decisions and build commitment.

· Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.
