Voor een financieel gezond Belgisch productiebedrijf in regio Kontich zoeken we een gedreven IT Business Analyst die mee zijn schouders wil zetten onder de verdere digitalisering en optimalisatie van de organisatie.

Je komt terecht in een stabiel familiebedrijf met meer dan 180 medewerkers, waar een open bedrijfscultuur, korte communicatielijnen en een hoge anciënniteit centraal staan. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en krijgt de vrijheid om verbeteringen voor te stellen en daadwerkelijk te realiseren.

Wat deze functie extra interessant maakt? Je krijgt een concreet groeitraject richting IT Manager, waarbij je op termijn de verantwoordelijkheid opneemt voor een intern IT-team van vier medewerkers. Een unieke kans om jouw expertise in ERP en businessanalyse verder uit te bouwen en geleidelijk een strategische en leidinggevende rol op te nemen!

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Analyseren en optimaliseren van bedrijfsprocessen binnen verschillende afdelingen en deze vertalen naar efficiënte ERP-oplossingen.
  • Meewerken aan ERP-implementaties en verbeterprojecten, waarbij je nieuwe functionaliteiten analyseert, uitwerkt en de implementatie ervan begeleidt.
  • Fungeren als brug tussen business en IT, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met interne stakeholders, gebruikers ondersteunt en hun behoeften vertaalt naar concrete verbeteringen.
  • Identificeren van digitaliseringsmogelijkheden en actief meedenken over de verdere optimalisatie van het applicatielandschap en de interne IT-processen.
  • Geleidelijk doorgroeien naar een IT-managementrol, waarin je meer verantwoordelijkheid opneemt voor IT-projecten, strategische keuzes en de aansturing van een intern team van vier medewerkers.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen ERP-consultancy, ERP-applicatiebeheer of IT-businessanalyse en beschikt over een goed inzicht in bedrijfsprocessen. Ervaring met een specifiek ERP-pakket is geen vereiste.
  • Je combineert sterk analytisch inzicht met technische affiniteit en communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans, zodat je gemakkelijk schakelt met verschillende afdelingen en stakeholders.
  • Je bent hands-on, ondernemend en communicatief sterk. Je neemt graag initiatief, denkt oplossingsgericht en hebt de ambitie om op termijn door te groeien naar een leidinggevende IT-functie.
