Wat je bij ons doet

Als AI & Application Developer (m/v/x) speel je een sleutelrol in de verdere digitalisering van Studibo. Je bent niet alleen ontwikkelaar, maar ook een drijvende kracht achter de AI-adoptie binnen onze groep. Je gaat actief in gesprek met onze labels en ingenieursteams om opportuniteiten te identificeren waar artificiële intelligentie processen kan versnellen, automatiseren of verbeteren.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Analyseren van businessnoden en vertalen naar functionele en technische oplossingen;
  • Actief samenwerken met de verschillende labels binnen Studibo om opportuniteiten voor AI en digitalisering te identificeren;
  • Workshops en gesprekken faciliteren met interne stakeholders om processen, knelpunten en optimalisatiekansen in kaart te brengen;
  • Opnemen van de functionele analyse in overleg met interne stakeholders;
  • Ontwikkelen van bedrijfsapplicaties binnen het OutSystems-platform;
  • AI-oplossingen en generatieve AI-toepassingen onderzoeken, ontwerpen en implementeren;
  • Ontwikkelen van proof-of-concepts en pilootprojecten om de meerwaarde van AI binnen de organisatie aan te tonen;
  • Mee vormgeven aan de AI-strategie en het AI-adoptieprogramma van Studibo;
  • Gebruikers begeleiden bij de introductie van nieuwe AI-tools en digitale toepassingen;
  • Ontwerpen en implementeren van koppelingen tussen verschillende systemen en databronnen;
  • Uitvoeren van testen en kwaliteitscontroles om performante en gebruiksvriendelijke applicaties op te leveren;
  • Documenteren van ontwikkelde oplossingen, processen en best practices;
  • Ondersteunen van eindgebruikers en optreden als aanspreekpunt voor applicatiegerelateerde vragen;
  • Actief bijdragen aan de verdere digitale roadmap van Studibo en het identificeren van opportuniteiten voor automatisatie en optimalisatie.

Jouw profiel

We zoeken iemand die energie krijgt van het ontwikkelen van digitale oplossingen en graag de brug slaat tussen business en technologie.

  • Bachelor of master in IT, AI of App Developper;
  • Ervaring met Outsystems of een ander low-code ontwikkelingsplatform;
  • Kennis van AI-toepassinge en generatieve AI;
  • Ervaring met functionele analyse en het vertalen van gebruikersbehoeften naar concrete applicaties;
  • Kennis van integraties, API's en databanken;
  • Sterk analytisch denkvermogen en een gestructureerde aanpak;
  • In staat om zelfstandig projecten op te nemen van analyse tot implementatie;
  • Communicatief sterk en vlot in samenwerking met zowel business als IT-collega's;
  • Gedreven om nieuwe technologieën te verkennen en deze om te zetten in praktische toepassingen;
  • Sterke kennis van het Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een plus.
