Job Description
You make sure the order is right and leaves on time
Ever wondered who makes sure every order reaches the customer on time and in good condition? At ID-ware, that person is you, from purchase order to parcel on the belt. We are looking for an accurate and proactive Order Handling & Shipment Officer. You prepare our national and international shipments, you are the point of contact for our carriers, you supply the production department from the warehouse, and you make sure incoming goods and new orders are processed correctly in Sage. On top of that, you keep an eye on open orders, support the purchasing process and step in on card and badge production when things get busy there.
You are part of our Operations team in The Hague and switch between the warehouse, production, sales, purchasing and our carriers. Goods, information and paperwork all pass through your hands, so accuracy matters. No two days are the same. One day you process incoming goods and restock the production department, the next you pack shipments for UPS and PostNL, work through the open order list or place an order with a supplier.
