  • Du steuerst innovative und abwechslungsreiche Digital-Projekte in unterschiedlichen Größenordnungen – von der Entwicklung kleiner Microsites, über Automatisierungsprojekte im Datenjournalismus bis hin zum Aufbau ganzer Teams für unsere Kund:innen. Klingt spannend? Ist es auch.
  • Wir wollen zu zusammen mit unseren Kund:innen unsere Projektziele erreichen. Dafür sorgst du. Dabei koordinierst du große und kleine Projektteams und übernimmst die Ressourcenplanung und -verwaltung.
  • Wie wichtig Kommunikation für diese Rolle ist, brauchen wir dir vermutlich nicht zu erklären. Klar also, dass du daher mit internen und externen Stakeholder:innen kommunizierst, Anforderungen klärst und dir Feedback einholst.
  • Bei alledem arbeitest du eng mit den anderen ida-Teams zusammen. Das Schöne: So lernt man auch immer wieder neue Dinge.
  • Remote oder Office? Wir können beides, ganz wie du willst.
  • Bei ida hast die Möglichkeit, u. a. die Angebote der öffentlich-rechtlichen Rundfunkanstalten maßgeblich mitzugestalten und zu verbessern – das ist unsere Art, einen positiven Beitrag für die Gesellschaft zu leisten.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement in einer Digitalagentur sowie in der Arbeit mit agilen Teams im Gepäck.
  • Du kannst dich selbst organisieren, gehst Dinge strukturiert an, hast hohe kommunikative Fähigkeiten und trittst im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen externen und internen Stakeholdern souverän auf? Top! Genau das suchen wir.
  • Dabei arbeitest du proaktiv und benennst Probleme nicht nur, sondern löst sie auch? Finden wir richtig, richtig gut!
  • Du hast ein Herz für Qualität und arbeitest kontinuierlich daran, Prozesse in Projekten zu verbessern, weil Mittelmaß nicht dein Ding ist? Wunderbar. Unseres auch nicht.
  • Du willst ständig dazulernen, dich weiterentwickeln und solltest auch Spaß am Experimentieren mitbringen, schließlich sind wir nicht nur eine Digital- sondern auch eine Innovationsagentur.
  • Wenn du dich dazu noch in der Medienbranche richtig gut auskennst und ein gutes Verständnis vom Zusammenspiel zwischen Content und Technologie hast, wäre das natürlich die Kirsche auf dem Milchshake.
