Das erwartet Dich bei ida

  • Du arbeitest bei uns gemeinsam in einem Team mit UX-Expert:innen, User Researcher:innen und Designer:innen.
  • Als Researcher:in wirst du Nutzer:innentests für die digitale Produktentwicklung und in der Zuschauer:innenforschung durchführen. Das können zum Beispiel komplexe Studien für Usability- und UX-Testings bei längerfristigen Projekten oder aber auch Design Sprints sein.
  • Was wir auch testen: Inhalte auf Akzeptanz und Wirkung. Das machen wir zum Beispiel mit Interviews, Fokusgruppen oder Umfragen.
  • Darüber hinaus betreuen wir ein großes öffentlich-rechtliches Meinungspanel mit über 50.000 Panelist:innen. Jede Woche schreiben wir hier Fragebögen und werten sie aus.
  • Unseren Kund:innen wirst du helfen, die richtigen Antworten auf ihre Fragen zu finden. Wie du das machst? Indem zu du sie berätst - zu Zielgruppen und der richtigen Methodik.
  • ida ist eine Innovations- und Digitalagentur mit klarem Fokus auf die Medienbranche. Perfekt also, wenn du exklusive Einblicke in die Entwicklungsprozesse von Medienhäusern erhalten möchtest.
  • Vielleicht noch ein bisschen schöner: Wo du arbeitest, entscheidest du. Remote oder im Office? Wir können beides, ganz wie du willst.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Was uns besonders wichtig ist, ist, dass du dich selbst organisieren kannst. Denn: Ein gutes Projekt braucht nicht nur ein gutes Projektmanagement, sondern vor allem auch eine gute Kommunikation - mit Kund:innen und mit Kolleg:innen.
  • Du hast also keine Angst davor, Interviews und Fokusgruppen selbst zu planen und durchzuführen - hast das bestenfalls sogar schon hundertmal gemacht.
  • Komplexe Daten zu analysieren, ganz gleich, ob qualitativ oder quantitativ, ist genau dein Ding. Und nicht nur das: Du bist in der Lage, aus diesen Analysen, Empfehlungen für unsere Kund:innen abzuleiten und sie ihnen auch zu vermitteln.
  • In Workshops trittst du souverän auf? Top! Präsentationen vor Kund:innen treiben dir auch keine Schweißperlen auf die Stirn? Ausgezeichnet! Klar, dass jemand wie du, sich dann auch schnell in neue Themen einarbeiten kann. Lieben wir!
